“Darb” Automation at ShamalStart

On Sunday, the 21st of March, Luminus ShamalStart signed the agreement with Darb Co. (a ShamalStart start-up) to install their solar cleaning solution at ShamalStart’s campus. This agreement comes after ShamalStart installed solar panels in its mission to become 100% sustainable.

Darb Co. specializes in automated solar panels cleaning solution, which solves the problem of dust accumulation over solar panels. Darb also provide high technology machinery systems that guarantee maximum cleaning efficiency and minimal resources usage, which increase solar panel feasibility.

Darb Co. was incubated in 2018/2019 at ShamalStart. During their incubation, Darb developed and optimized their product at FabLab Irbid until it was ready for the market. Afterwards, Darb opened their own factory in the industrial area in Sahab – Amman, where they are manufacturing their product.
